Explore. in the gateway to Glacier National Park! Job Summary: Maintaining positive guest relations and ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process. Responsibilities include registering guests, managing reservations, handling payments, and addressing guest inquiries and complaints. Additionally, the agent must possess comprehensive knowledge of park facilities and activities, adhere to cash handling and PCI compliance guidelines, and assist with retail sales and group tour operations.
