Job Summary: The Administrative Assistant provides support to the General Manager of Resort and Train Operations and their respective department heads, performing work of important/confidential nature; preparing reports, arranging appointments; receiving and directing incoming telephone calls and visitors in a pleasant and professional manner; taking meeting minutes, providing administrative support for appropriate individuals as assigned. Maintain recordkeeping of capital projects with supporting documentation. A high level of accuracy is required in this area. Scan documentation for appropriate record keeping and electronic filing. Facilitate Special Rate Request reservations and collaborate Review Unifocus, customer comment cards and letters and respond with appropriate letters.
