Job Summary: The property maintenance technician handles general upkeep and repairs for the hotel, store, and housing units. As part of the maintenance team, this role covers tasks such as troubleshooting electrical motors up to 220 volts, plumbing, HVAC/refrigeration, carpentry, and painting.
