Forestry technicians will serve as vital members of a USFS pre-sales crew charged with laying out stewardship and timber sales on national forest system lands in southwest Washington. Familiarity with field forestry skills, PNW tree species, and a willingness to work long days in the outdoors, at times in inclement weather, is a necessity. Positions typically start late spring and run until winter weather closes access to work sites (typically November).
